ABOUT US
Ivan, the owner and founder of Hank’s Home Maintenance Limited, has been involved in building construction since 1996. Since then, he has held numerous lead role construction manager positions while overseeing multi-million dollar projects, from estimating to final completion. Ivan is experienced in working with government officials, local housing authorities, insurances claims adjusters, standing offer agreements and home owners. He holds a level 2 secret security background clearance for your peace of mind. He has a passion for solving problems, creating solutions, and getting things done in his daily life.
Through experience, he recognized that while there are many handymen and home maintenance companies, there also is a lack of professional and reliable service providers that will show up on time, are respectful, patience, and care. We strive to offer a great customer experience and provide clients with a 5-star service.
